Point your AI agent at Leannoku. One connection. Full picture of your business.
Your agent asks Leannoku "what do I have access to?" and gets: Shopify (orders, products, customers, inventory), Meta Ads (campaigns, spend, ROAS), GA4 (traffic, sources, demographics), Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, revenue), Gorgias (tickets, response times), ShipStation (shipments, delays), QuickBooks (P&L, expenses).
Everything. One integration point.
Without Leannoku vs With Leannoku
Setup time (5 tools)
7-12 hours. Shopify requires the Dev Dashboard + OAuth implementation. Meta requires creating a Facebook app and requesting permissions. Google means Cloud Console, enabling APIs, setting up an OAuth consent screen. Klaviyo needs PKCE OAuth. GA4 needs Data API scope configuration.
5 minutes. Click, approve, click, approve, click, approve.
Credentials
5 separate token stores you manage. Shopify now requires daily token refresh via client_credentials grant (changed January 2026, permanent tokens are dead). Meta long-lived tokens expire in 60 days; miss the refresh window and the token dies permanently, you re-authenticate from scratch. Google access tokens expire every 1 hour; refresh tokens expire in 7 days if your OAuth consent screen is in "Testing" mode (a common mistake). Klaviyo OAuth tokens expire and need refresh.
One API key to Leannoku. We handle all token lifecycles internally.
Token refresh
Meta must be refreshed within 60 days or the token is gone forever. Google access tokens die every hour and need automatic refresh. Shopify needs daily refresh since Jan 2026. You need a running service that refreshes tokens on schedule for each tool. If it fails silently, your data stops flowing and you don't know until your reports are empty.
Automatic. We refresh Meta tokens at 75% lifespan (day 45). Google access tokens on every request. Shopify daily. You never see a token.
API version changes
Shopify releases a new API version every 3 months with a 9-month migration window. If a public app misses the deadline, it gets delisted. REST Admin API is already deprecated in favor of GraphQL. Meta Ads API changes versions every ~6 months, old versions sunset. Google Ads has annual major versions with breaking changes.
We migrate once, everyone stays working. Your agent keeps calling the same Leannoku tools regardless of what changed underneath.
When something breaks
Silent failure. Meta token expires on a Saturday night. Your agent stops getting ad spend data. You don't notice until Monday when you ask "what was my ROAS?" and get an error or stale numbers. Google refresh token gets revoked because someone changed a password or the consent screen was misconfigured. No notification. You find out when your agent returns empty data.
Leannoku monitors connection health. If Meta auth fails, we re-authenticate before it affects you. Health dashboard shows all connections green/red. Problems fixed before you know they existed.
Adding tool #6
Another 1-3 hours. Read that tool's API docs (are they good? are they current?). Figure out their auth method. Implement. Test. Add to your agent config.
Another click. Leannoku already knows that API's auth, endpoints, rate limits, and quirks.
API knowledge
Your agent reads documentation that may be outdated, incomplete, or wrong. AI models sometimes hallucinate API endpoints that don't exist. You spend 15 minutes debugging a call that fails because the docs were for v2 and the API is on v3. You read through 50 pages of Shopify GraphQL migration guides to figure out why your old REST call stopped working.
Leannoku sources and verifies API documentation daily for every supported tool. It knows the current correct path for every endpoint. No hallucinated endpoints. No outdated docs. When Shopify moves an endpoint or Meta changes a parameter, Leannoku updates the same day. Your agent always makes correct calls because it goes through Leannoku, not through guesswork.
Monthly cost
Your time: debugging, migrating, refreshing, reading docs. Conservatively 2-4 hours/month across 5 tools. At any reasonable hourly rate, that's $100-400/month of your time on plumbing instead of your business.
Free trial for one month, then $49/month.
